1. Booking Conditions
The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment according to the methods indicated on the website or communicated directly to the guest.
The total amount of the stay may be charged at any time after the booking has been confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: not available.
Cancellation without penalty is allowed up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
For cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, no-shows, or early departures, a penalty equal to 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Different times may be agreed in advance, subject to the organizational needs of the property.
4. House Rules
The apartments must be used exclusively for tourism purposes.
Guests are required to behave respectfully towards the property, furnishings, and neighboring residents.
Any damage caused to the property or furnishings will be charged to the responsible guest.
